Beautiful purple hints. Full-flavoured and expressive aromas of ripe blue-and blackberries and peppery notes. It has a ripe, supple and mellow start with a long and impressive finish.

Serve it between 16 and 18°C within 3 to 4 years after release.

Ideal with grilled or stewed meats such as beef burgundy, roasted lamb, and cheese. Perfect pairing with duck breast or vegetarian lasagna.
